This is my third Rover, I have had nothing but good experiences with Land Rover North Hills. The sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. No gimmicks!
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and a car company. I bought a car out of state that was under warranty.. brought it to them to have it looked over and inspected. I was treated poorly and had problems with the car originally...Once my car was at 57,000 miles 7000 miles past the warranty the engine and the turbo completely blew my computer never stored codes correctly and my car never had Properly working warning lights. this is a problem that I had it addressed three times to which I’m not sure it was ever fully fixed. Needless to say I was out $5000 and only had a vehicle for two years before it completely blew up. Good luck with this brand and Company. They had my vehicle for a month and a half never offered to give me a loaner or asked if I wanted a new one. After not having a working vehicle for a month, I went out and bought a new car from a different dealership. It literally was like they were trying to get me to just go away. I finally had to walk into the dealership and asked to talk to the manager and service manager directly after a month and a half to get the situation finally finished.
Bought a lightly used Defender. This place stands behind their vehicles. I'd like to Thank James Buford, the used car manager and Elizabeth from Service. Rarely in this day and age do people go above and beyond. Land Rover North Hills does that and I will be buying my next Land Rover from them. Thank you so much.
Land Rover North Hills has a beautiful showroom and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Jared Volpe was our sales consultant and he was responsive and very easy to work with. He worked hard to get us into the perfect car and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a new car!
This place….I don’t even know where to start. I have ptsd every time I take my Range Rover here. I feel like they are paying someone to take my car on a back road to destroy the most expensive parts before they give it a “look over” . There is always something wrong that they find and it’s “difficult” and pricey…..Before they sold me this car they obviously didn’t do service on it. They called this week with my bill quoting $5400 which included $1200 for 96k mile service - mind you I am at 83k miles so not necessary. When I purchased this vehicle I bought the $5k warranty which has served almost zero purpose in the over $4500 I have put in this car in under 2 years. Enjoy your millions Bobby!
Service was so amazing that I'm considering moving to North Hills! I was in town from Atlanta visiting my father in hospice when my "low coolant" warning came on at 7:45PM after leaving the hospital. I called LRNH in a panic to see if they could service my car. Rachel answered the phone and not only made me feel cared for but gave me confidence that this was one issue I could leave to them to deal with for me. The car was towed to the facility after hours, and LRNH made it easy for the tow truck to leave my key in the overnight drop box. Patrick called me first thing in the morning promising me they'd get to the car that day and let me know what the damages were ASAP. He was also very thoughtful and understanding to help coordinate repairs with my husband when I wasn't available. Not only did they replace my damaged O ring, they washed the 680 miles of bugs off of my car, Caden delivered the car to the hospital the next day, and left a wonderful gift certificate to a local restaurant...FREE OF CHARGE!!! The kindness they showed at such a stressful time for my family and I is an example of unparalleled excellence. If this had happened with an Atlanta dealership, I'd have to wait a week to get my car looked at, I would not have had the same communication experience, I would have had to get a rental car for a week and a half, and I would have spent at least $1000. Honestly thinking of working all car maintenances around my trips back home to the area!!
We have been long time BMW owners. But, we thought we would take a look at the Range Rover. After visiting the North Hills location, our allegiance to BMW is no more. The vehicles are definitely the main contributor to this. The people are a close second. James, our Sales Consultant, was very thorough and professional. His ability to guide us through the process and his interpersonal skill were exceptional. He is the reason that we will be purchasing additional Range Rover vehicles.
Coming from out-of-state and to experience buying my first Range Rover Sport from Land Rover North Hills was amazing. From the receptionist, to the car detailer who did a great job, to the rep that showed us all the functions of our new Range Rover Sport, to our awesome sales rep Stephanie Bestwick, that pulled all of this together and who unveiled our new vehicle to us. Words can’t express how excited this made my family and myself. The hospitality of everyone at Land Rover North Hills was truly amazing. Thank you all for making our dreams come true.
